May Goals – Never Too Late!

Yep, it’s eight days into May but it’s never too late to share. While I set my goals in April I haven’t executed them so sharing is great way to get my butt into gear.

I’ve kept it simple and measurable.

1. Exercise Goals:

– Start Beachbody’s Insanity

– Evening walk/run with D five to six times a week

– Hiking/trail running on the weekends with D

2. Nutrition Goals:

– Whole food plant based diet with a raw focus

– Follow an anti-candida diet

Here’s what I’m working with. . .

I’ll post updates as the month progresses and remember, it’s never too late to start!
