What I’m Eating

So, as I mentioned here, this website has inspired me! I made modifications to most of them and even made some of them non-vegan. In the end, they were all delicious and I’m basing this week’s menu around more of Lisa’s creations.

Here are some pics of the recipes I tried. Pics were taken with the cell cam. Recipe deets can be found on the site.

Mango Pudding
Deviled Avocados
(I used Greek Yogurt in this recipe instead of the Macadamia Nut Mayo)
Grapefruit Pear Salad
Ingredients for the Fruit Cereal
(I added apricots)
Fruit Cereal without the Almond Milk
All ready to eat!
 I ate many of these dishes for many meals and was very content. Already have my list ready for this week. Can’t wait!
